Abdul Muqeeth

I'm a Health Informatics researcher at Indiana University Indianapolis, working in the Luddy School of Informatics. My work sits at the intersection of biomedical science, large language models, and systems engineering.

I design and build multi-model LLM pipelines that extract, classify, and structure clinical data from unstructured biomedical text. I hold an MS in Bioinformatics from IU Indianapolis and begin my PhD in Health Informatics in Fall 2026.

If you need someone who understands both the biology and the engineering, let's talk.
